Sometimes it's hard to set aside the necessary time for a proper, well balanced meal. We try to juggle appointments all over town, work late, meeting impossible goals, live out of suitcases and even try and pack thirty hours into a 24 hour day. Quite often we have time only for a very quick cup of coffee, maybe a snack and a donut from the airport shop. There is no doubt that you will feel more energetic after such a break, but what you're doing is you are eating the wrong food. Eventually you will start having metabolic problems and you'll start wondering why I am always so tired. But that's not all, you have deprived your body of nutrient that are vital to your well being. Now you see that what you eat, lifestyle, levels of anxiety and stress, your overall medical condition can make it clear why you're constantly so very tired.
Anger, anxiety and stress can harm your emotional well being and that can be the main reason why you're always tired. Your blood pressure increases and harmful hormones like adrenaline are released in your body. The main reason why you might feel always tired soon after getting angry is that the body has to reroute its already scarce reserves of energy to restrain the galloping blood pressure and levels of hormones. In reality, losing ones temper too often is potentially lethal if you are a patient with high blood pressure with compromised cardiac status.
Some of the commonly prescribed medications especially those for depression may cause you to feel always tired. Treating cancer for instance often involves prolonged energy sapping treatments and you end up feeling always tired.
Some people with anemia also complain of feeling tired. In this case, a patient has a low red blood cell count. Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen to the cells. A low level of red blood cells may mean that many millions of cells inside your body are not getting sufficient amount of oxygen. As a consequence you’ll feel always tired much more often.
So what can you do if you're feeling always tired? Clean your body with a refreshing glass of lemon water. Make sure you have plenty fresh fruits and green vegetables in your everyday diet. These are a natural reserve of useful nutrients. Put a boundary on the intake of drinks containing alcohol to the absolute minimum and be sure you stay away from smoking. Learn to incorporate a stress free routine both at your home as well as at the office. Doing this will ensure and your family lives longer and better lives. A steady fitness routine like running or swimming or joining a gym can be one of the best ways to keep your body fit and energetic. What is more you will not feel always tired ever again.
